Synergy Consulting is a boutique corporate finance and M&A advisory firm operating out of Dubai. We work on transactions and mandates that matter — capital raises, acquisitions, restructurings, feasibility studies and private equity deals across the UAE and MENA. Our team is small by design, which means every member carries real responsibility and every contribution is visible.
We are looking for professionals with strong analytical foundations, commercial instinct and the temperament to work in a high-trust, client-facing environment. You do not need to come from a bulge-bracket background — but you do need to be credible, committed and capable of operating with a degree of professional independence.
At Synergy Consulting, junior and mid-level professionals work directly alongside the firm's partners and senior advisors — not in a separate analyst pool. That means early exposure to complex transactions, client conversations and the judgement calls that define a good advisory career.
We recruit on an ongoing basis. If you have relevant experience in corporate finance, M&A, trade finance or business advisory and believe you would be a strong addition to the team, we welcome speculative applications.
