Relationship Manager

Responsibilities

  • Bring new clients
  • Interact with clients and provide solutions

IT Audit Officer

Responsibilities for IT Audit Officer

  • Identify weaknesses in the system and create action plan to prevent security breaches
  • Assists with Risk Management departmental tasks on an as-needed basis.
  • Collaborate and create a solid IT infrastructure
  • Participate in the Change Management meetings
  • Complete risk assessments including but not limited to Information Security, Cybersecurity, GLBA Asset Based, IT Operations, ACET
  • Participate on the Cyber Security/Risk Management Committee, the Incident Response Team, the Business Continuity Team and others as assigned by the Director of Risk Management
  • Troubleshoot security network problems and cater to all IT Audit related requirements of the client
  • Create IT Audit reports collaborating with the entire IT Audit team

 

Qualifications for IT Audit Officer

  • Professional certification such as CISA, CISM, CISSP, ISC Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP)
  • Practical experience with IT audit practices, regulatory requirements, and IT Risk frameworks (e.g. AWS Well-Architected Framework, NIST CSF, COBIT, ISO2700x)
  • 8+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Experience with Firewalls (functionality and maintenance), Office 365 Security, VSX, VPN, Data Loss Prevention, IDS/IPS, Web-Proxy and Security Audits
  • Understanding and experience of dev/sec/ops, including CI/CD and agile approaches (e.g., Kanban, Scrum).
  • Familiarity with collaboration and workflow tools such as Jira, Confluence, Git and Slack.
  • Experience auditing operations and security in the public cloud
  • Knowledge of automation/scripting to build infrastructure as code (Terraform, Spinnaker, Puppet etc)
  • Experience auditing code (Java, Python, Ruby, etc),

Credit Analyst

Responsibities

  • Studying the details of each offering and remaining abreast of updates to these offerings.
  • Obtaining and updating lists of individuals’ contact details.
  • Calling active and budding clients for sales
  • Addressing clients’ uncertainties, grievances, and suggestions on time.
  • Noting important details of each conversation.
  • Communicating verbal acceptances of offers to our Sales team for closing.
  • Recording all successful and unsuccessful attempts to close sales.

Accountant

Responsibities

  • Maintaining & preparing proper accounts and MIS reports and provide financial information to management by analyzing accounting data
  • Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
  • Documents financial transactions by entering account information.
  • Recommends financial actions by analyzing accounting options.
  • Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports.
  • Substantiates financial transactions by auditing documents.
  • Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.
  • Guides accounting clerical staff by coordinating activities and answering questions.
  • Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
  • Secures financial information by completing data base backups.

  • Prepares payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements.
